BB&T Community Homeownership Incentive Program (CHIP) is a an income-targeted mortgage product at 97%-100% loan-to-value ratio. Available throughout Maryland and surrounding states at all BB&T mortgage offices.

This program is available through any BB&T mortgage office in Maryland and Pennsylvania.

The sales price cannot exceed $ 417000.
