Program Overview

FCAR Deferred Loan Program is a Closing Cost Assistance program This program will give buyers up to $5,000 towards closing cost. Must be approved for a first mortage and make under 70% of median income. This is a loan and must be paid back when the property is sold. This program charges no interest.
