Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) is a
group with access to below-market interest rate mortgages for primarily low and moderate income people and who are members.
Property Eligibility Requirements
Allowable property types:
One to Four family, condominiums, cooperatives, existing, new construction and renovations.
NACA makes mortgage loans available primarily to low and moderate income people and people purchasing in low and moderate income communities. Membership is open. The modest annual membership fee entitles the participant to comprehensive counseling to assist through the home buying process. The purchase product includes: no downpayment, no closing costs, no fees or points, no private mortgage insurance.
