Baltimore City Historic Landmarks and District Tax Credit is a tax credit program for Baltimore City landmarks, properties listed with the National Register of Historic Places or within 33 specified historic districts in the City. Eligible historic districts, properties and landmarks in Baltimore City.

Benefit: 100% local tax credit on increased value due to eligible improvements.
