Baltimore City Rehabilitated Vacant Dwelling Tax Credit is a five-year reduction in assessment increases due to property rehabilitation. Available in Baltimore City

Property Eligibility Requirements

Baltimore City Allowable property types: Property that has been vacant and abandoned for one year. Includes up to four (4) dwelling unit property

Benefit Details

Benefit: 100% credit in the first year to 20% in the 5th year. Loan Term: Five years years Owner Occupancy Required: No Other Program Comments: Property must have been vacant and abandoned for one year.
