Buying Into Baltimore Fairs & Trolley Tours is a program for first-time homebuyers who have not owned a principal residence in 3 years and who are purchasing a home in Baltimore City.

Property must be located in Baltimore City. The sales price cannot exceed $ 417000.

Benefit Details

$3,000 forgiveable loan to be used for downpayment and/or closing costs for purchasing a home in Baltimore City. Contract of sale must be executed after the date of a tour event. Closing on the property must occur within 90 days of the event date. $3,000 downpayment and closing cost assistance structured as a 5-year forgiveable loan (20% reduced each year).
