Homebuyer Education

There are many types of homebuyer seminars. While they all serve various needs only those that meet the educational requirements, when homebuyer education is required to use a specific program, are listed on this site. These seminars are offered by a wide range of providers. Maryland Association of REALTORS® lists these seminars as a public service and believe they meet the current requirements for homebuyer counseling and/or education certification.
